15 - Replacing the Battery

Pull the Velcro strap up and away.

Pull the strap through the slot it's held in towards the battery of the Mobile Computer.

Now that the Strap is out of the way, identify the battery latch, shown in Image 1.

Slide the lock to the right, into the 'Unlock' position.

While holding the slots on the side of the battery, pull up on the battery.

The battery is now removed from the device.

Make sure to store the battery properly.

DO NOT store in an environment above 60°C (140°F)

Put the battery in with the notches towards the front and the latch toward the bottom.

Push down on the battery so it 'clicks' into place.

Slide the latch to the 'Lock' position.

Pull the strap through the slot it's held in away the battery of the Mobile Computer.

Fold the strap back onto itself to Velcro it in place.
