  1. Identify your USB cables with Image 1: USB-B USB-A

    • Identify your USB cables with Image 1:

    • USB-B

    • USB-A

    • Plug the USB-B into the printer's USB interface on the back.

    • Plug the USB-A into your computer/laptop's USB port.

    • Download the GSS Certified Printer Tool to your computer for your Global Shop representative to access your printer through.

    • If you do not have it downloaded, download it HERE.

    • Download TeamViewer on the same computer the printer is connected to.

    • Download TeamViewer HERE.

    • Go through and be ready to share the ID and Password with your Global Shop Representative from TeamViewer.
