Configuring Kiosk Browser Lockdown App

The app needs to have a license purchased and applied to the app prior to shipping the tablet.

• Go to https://www.android-kiosk.com/
• Select Buy Now
• Choose the quantity of licenses needed
• Checkout

You will receive an email at the email address provided during checkout. This email contains the license to be used in the About Settings located further down in this document.

• On the tablet, login to the Google Play Store using the following credentials
  • UN: gssems2016
  • PW: not shown for security reasons
• Download the app - Kiosk Browser Lockdown

After the App has installed, open the app. Once the app first opens, you will be presented with a series of screens. Press Accept or Allow as you go through these screens.

3 - Press Allow	4 - Press Allow
5 - Press Allow	6 - Press Allow
7 - Permit drawing over apps

After going through the initial screens, press the Home icon on the tablet to exit out of the "Permit drawing over other apps" screen. Select Kiosk Browser.

Select Kiosk Browser

Press Next on the following 5 screens

1 - Press Next	2 - Press Next
3 - Press Next	4 - Press Next
5 - Press Done

You should now have the Kiosk Browser loaded and showing the Google home page. Press the ellipses at the top right and select settings

Enter 0000 for the password and select OK

NOTE: Leave all the settings at default and only make the changes listed below

Uncheck - Timeout: Always Reload

Enable - Lock Screen Orientation

Select Orientation and make sure Landscape is chosen Landscape

Enable - Full Screen Mode

Enable - Always Hide Toolbar

Select - Enter License Key then enter the license key received after purchasing a license and press OK
